Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us
(Halima Hammach, maymah.service@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Danger:
If you cancel this contract, you will receive a refund in the form of a credit for the value of the item purchased. Otherwise, you have the option of exchanging the goods you have already purchased for another product in our shop.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of discounted goods.
In order to process the return properly, we need some information.
Please place the order note in the package with your full name, order number and whether you would like an exchange or a voucher. This is the only way we can allocate your return correctly.
Once we receive your return, it will be sent back to the sender address. You can also find the exact address in the imprint of our website.
The buyer bears the costs for return and shipping in the event of an exchange. MAYMAH assumes no liability for packages damaged or lost during shipping. We recommend that packages be sent insured.
